• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of mobile applications to ensure they meet user expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes, monitoring, and system reliability to support Rakuten s innovation.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, and Docker. Strong understanding of test automation, integration testing, and cloud technologies.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using open-source or commercial tools.
• Perform integration testing to ensure seamless interaction between different modules and services.
• Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure new changes do not disrupt existing functionality.
• Conduct Performance Testing to identify the gaps while integrating new pipelines.
• Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to ensure consistent project execution and quality assurance.
• Conduct unit test, code reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure integration solutions meet high standards.
• Identify, analyze, and document detailed records of problems that appear during testing, and escalate potential quality issues to management.
• Experience in implementation of large scale software (high transaction volume, high availability concepts).
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on test plans, test cases, and testing processes.
• Provide support for product validation, prototypes, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in software testing and DevOps practices and with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Ecosystem.
• Strong ability to manage and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of software development, systems integration, and cloud technologies.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
• Salesforce Admin, PD certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of Cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in API integration with Legacy systems.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies.
