Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Looking for IT Business Analyst from Capital Market Domain.

Technical skills and qualifications required for the role:

• 5+ years of combined industry, management and technology experience, preferably within the IT Services industry dealing with Financial Services Fortune 500 companies.
• Exceptional knowledge of Capital markets and back-office settlement systems.
• Experience in working with global setups (APAC, EMEA, NAR)
• Knowledge and experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred candidate profile

Contribute to the technical designing phase, document designs, UML diagrams and models.

• Prepare functional specifications for developers and testers.
• Prepare test plans and conduct functional and integration testing.
• Prepare demand dashboards and plan project deliverables to run the projects end to end.
• Estimate efforts, prepare schedule of delivery, and meet deadlines.
• Create prototype for proof of concept and business requirements validations.
• Provide functional expertise to Development/Testing teams.
• Mentor junior BA team members, resolving their problems.
• Conduct user training sessions on applications and functionalities.
• Train others to ensure knowledge sharing and backup.
• To always ensure production stability, changes delivered are of good quality, ensure critical incidents are fixed on priority.
• Provide L3 Support. To participate in out-of-hours / daytime support as required

Review, report, resolve, mitigate and escalate risks and issues as appropriate to stakeholders
