Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with a strong background in Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, and Desktop Flows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation solutions using Blue Prism and Power Automate.
- Develop and manage Desktop Flows to automate repetitive and rule-based tasks.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of the automation solutions.
- Monitor and maintain deployed bots to ensure seamless operation.
- Document technical solutions, processes, and best practices.
Essential Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism RPA tools and platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows).
- Experience in designing end-to-end automation solutions.
- Knowledge of process analysis and re-engineering.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues quickly.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- RPA certifications in Blue Prism or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience with integrating automation with third-party systems (e.g., SAP, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems.
