Job Title: Scrum Master Payments Domain
Location: Pune (Hybrid Minimum 3 days/week in-office)
Experience: 6+ years total, with 3+ years as a Scrum Master
Certifications: CSM or PSM (SAFe SSM is a plus)
About the Role:
We are hiring a Scrum Master to lead two Agile teams within our clients payments division. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, proven experience in leading Scrum teams, and domain expertise in the Payments or BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Guide and coach teams on Agile practices and values
- Ensure proper usage of JIRA and Confluence for backlog and documentation management
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and learning
- Remove impediments for the team and ensure smooth delivery of sprints
- Work closely with Product Owners, Development, and QA teams
- Manage dependencies and risks associated with team delivery
- Support the teams adoption of CI/CD and DevOps best practices
- Act as a servant leader, ensuring team health and performance
- Engage with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and communication
Key Requirements:
- 6+ years of overall IT experience, with 3+ years in Agile/Scrum as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience in leading Agile teams
- Strong hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Payments domain experience is mandatory
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling/processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must hold CSM or PSM certification; SAFe SSM is a plus
- Experience in BFSI or peer banking organizations is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid model Minimum 3 days per week onsite at Pune office
