Position Purpose:

We are looking to onboard a Senior .NET Developer to support a high-priority project with stringent timelines. The selected candidate will contribute directly to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our enterprise software systems. The role involves active collaboration with Business Analysts (BAs) and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.

Direct Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop robust, scalable, and flexible software solutions with high code quality.
2. Collaborate with Business Analysts for requirement gathering and clarification.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive unit tests to ensure code reliability.
4. Meet project milestones and deliverables as defined by the Reporting Manager.
5. Provide support and enhancements to the existing systems.
6. Continuously contribute to the improvement of development processes and personal performance.
   

Contributing Responsibilities:

• Share technical knowledge within the team to promote best practices and quality improvement initiatives.
  

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in C#, OOPs, .NET Core
• Experience with Web API, WCF, NHibernate, LINQ
• Solid knowledge of Microservices Architecture
• Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases

Nice-to-Have Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile Development / Scrum Methodologies
• Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Unit Testing
• Exposure to CI/CD tools: TeamCity, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, Sonar
• Frontend skills in Angular 2+, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development with .NET technologies
