Job Description
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and end user needs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes (low, mid and high fidelity), prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
- Strong understanding of icons and semiotics
- Take ownership of existing products, continuously making improvements based on user feedback and market trends
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and implement best practices in UI/UX design
- Proactively explore new opportunities for product enhancements and feature development, utilizing your creative problem-solving skills to drive innovation
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Evolve and improve on designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and business goals
- Contribute to company branding initiatives by proposing new ideas and design concepts that align with the companys vision and values, fostering brand consistency and recognition
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful implementation of designs, providing support as needed during the development phase
- Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and transparent design process
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making ability
- Self-driven and enthusiastic about technology, with a keen willingness to embrace and learn new technologies
- Capable of working independently without constant supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, coupled with a collaborative attitude towards teamwork
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to the requirements of various technologies as per project needs
- Candidates must hold a degree in a relevant design discipline such as B.Des, M.Des, BCA in Design Animation or any equivalent qualification in a design-related discipline
- Knowledge about Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Figma tool is mandatory
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, mock flow, Sketch or similar software is preferred
- The candidate must be ready to work in any shift and employment service agreement of 2.5 years
