Global Hris Deployment Analyst - Sap Sf Ec @ Kiya.ai

Job Description

• We are seeking a Global HRIS Deployment Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad for a key global implementation initiative.
• This role will be responsible for supporting the deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and related SAP HR modules as part of a larger global HRIS transformation program.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Lead or support deployment activities for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) in a global setting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in HR, IT, and Finance to ensure smooth implementation.
• Support data migration, system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for requirements gathering and issue resolution.
• Provide insights into best practices and system capabilities of SAP SuccessFactors EC and other HR modules.
• Ensure system documentation, training materials, and support processes are in place.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications : -

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation.
• Sound knowledge and working experience with SAP HR modules.
• Experience in HRIS systems, particularly in global implementations.
• Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile project environment.
• Experience with SharePoint is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications : -

• Previous experience in large-scale HRIS deployments.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC is a plus.
• Exposure to global HR processes and compliance considerations.
