Job Description

We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Associate FP&A to support our internal finance and accounting team. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, SAP journal posting, MIS preparation, and monthly reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, sound accounting knowledge, and hands-on experience in Excel and ERP tools like SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries in SAP
  
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and MIS reports
  
• Load headcount, costs, and allocation data into internal systems
  
• Perform variance/trend analysis and maintain control checks
  
• Generate cost center-level reports and resolve queries from stakeholders
  
• Keep accurate records of assigned tasks, reports, and communications
  
• Participate in automation or improvement initiatives, as needed
  

Must-Have Skills

• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
  
• Basic understanding of accounting and reporting principles
  
• Experience with SAP or other ERP platforms
  
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
  

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Macros / VBA / MS Access
  
• Familiarity with cost allocation and performance reporting
