What You'll Do:
- Lead product planning and execution through all phases of the product life cycle
- Define product vision, long-term strategy, and success metrics
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and prioritize features accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: design, engineering, growth, and analytics
- Deep dive into user problems and solve them with data-driven solutions
- Balance business goals with technical feasibility
- Influence product design and architecture discussions with tech teams
- Build products that create real-world impact
What You Bring:
- 24 years of strong product management experience (early-stage or growth-stage startups preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership and ownership mindset
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Passion for solving real user problems with data-backed decisions
- Strong business acumen you think like a founder
- Excellent communication, collaboration & stakeholder management skills
- (Bonus) Experience in healthcare, fintech, crowdfunding, or impact sectors
