Job Description
- Validating the controls and systems processes to reduce and eliminate the risks that could impact system and customer information, reputation of company, finances and business operations.
- Developing testing and validation models to protect against the vulnerabilities and risks associated with internal and external threats.
- Collaborating with Development and Technology operations teams and responsible to set up the right environments (Test Environment Management) and data points (Test Data Management).
- Conducting system performance and load testing and ensuring meeting SLAs of quality operating at scale and high volume transactions. Provide feedback to dev, architecture, and operations teams on system resiliency.
- Leading a team of analysts and engineers by setting the right goals for the team in terms of risk assessment and control validation, domain expertise, and end-to-end ownership on safeguarding our customers and business.
- Defining testing and validation scenarios to proactively test system gaps that could be potentially exploited by fraudsters and hackers.
- Assessing the industry for latest in technology, practices, and process to bring in speed, efficiency, and innovation to the deliverables.
- Responsible for certification of systems and design for performance on high-load and ensuring sustainability of system operating at scale in Data Center and in cloud.
- Increasing customer engagement on digital channels and enabling customer advocacy with rep systems.
- Leading the team with agility adopting to build, buy, and reuse technology to deliver solutions.
- Evaluating product and software for their merits and suitability to build technology solutions.
- Automating systems and processes with built-in control and governance for efficiency and operational excellence.
- Acquiring, developing, and retaining talent that can build the next generation platforms on emerging technology.
- Working closely with HR business partners to create a culture of learning and innovation.
- Monitoring and presenting reports which define problems and solutions project progress to all stakeholders (including senior management).
- Managing finance and resource planning.
- Leading planning and implementation of projects.
- Understanding the key metrics that underscore business success and emphasize the customer experience.
- Understanding program and portfolio goals and setting clear objectives, direction, and communication for teams to execute and drive results.
- Leading large programs, managing risks and challenges, and establishing clear success criteria.
- Mitigating cost and timeline risks.
- Setting high quality delivery standards with a strong customer experience focus.
- Working in cross-functional team settings and collaborating with the spirit of purpose-driven shared ownership.
- Collaborating with support teams to enable developer productivity and efficiency.
You ll need to have:
- Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of security models and frameworks.
- Prior experience implementing security controls and implementing measures to strengthening security posture.
- Experience with security-by-design and system design.
- Knowledge and awareness of fraud controls and threat assessment.
- Knowledge of and experience with performance engineering and load testing.
- Knowledge of complex design and architecture to support scale and multi-channel loads.
Even better if you have:
- A degree.
- Twelve or more years of related experience.
- Knowledge in test data management and test environment.
- Knowledge of and experience with stress testing and performance validation of systems and chain of systems.
- The ability to anticipate change and adopt to dynamic business strategy execution and readjust the plan of execution to achieve results.
- Experience in product and technology evaluation for their strength given the context of business requirements.
- Experience working with large teams and demonstrated capability of building and leading highly motivated teams.
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated collaboration with support teams and partners to achieve shared success through teamwork.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methods; prior experience leading teams using waterfall and agile models.
- The ability to solve complex problems creatively.
- Experience in managing large enterprise onshore/offshore delivery models from inception to production and delivering quality products into production.
- Demonstrable results managing stakeholders in a global set up and matrix reporting.
