Location - Bangalore, South India
Experience : 4 - 8 years (Candidates with relevant experience from order management/service contracts background)
Qualifications - Requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Customer Order Specialist is primarily responsible for booking orders in oracle, activating service contracts in SFDC and working with internal/internal teams to resolve customer order issues. This position works closely with Sales, service sales and customers during the booking and service contracts activation process. The contracts position interacts closely with other departments within Extreme to ensure our commitments to the customers are achieved. Also responsible to take care of data cleanup, reports and other similar tasks;
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
.Learn the end to end process
Resolving the customer queries related to their Sales orders
Knowledge/ Skills / Abilities
Candidates with oracle, SFDC, Siebel, SAP, Apttus experience will be preferred
Excellent communications skills in written and spoken English are a must. Must have good working knowledge of computers
Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions. Experience with database management and rules for data governance.
Ability to work in a fast paced, performance based environment
Customer service experience with superior phone skills
Should be comfortable with Rotational shifts
Adhering to audit compliance
Effective backlog management
Ability to operate office software including, MS Word, MS Excel, Vision or compatible flow diagram and MS power point. Experience with Siebel and or Oracle a plus.Keyskills: Order management Service contracts SAP Siebel Excel data governance data integrity Customer service Oracle Powerpoint
