Job Description

• Customer Service and Interaction*
• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desire
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
• Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers
• Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise
• Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns
• Help customers try on or fit merchandise
• To attend all the inbound and outbound customer calls in order to achieve sales target
• Address the queries of customer regarding delivery, payment or any other issue
• Maintain call log and Footfall log on daily basis
• Communication & follow up with staff members for timely solution of customer issues
• Ensuring customer feedbacks are responded within 48 hrs with call backs, for decision which cannot be taken on spot
• Coordinating with other department for the smooth operations
• Ensure all records and documents are maintained and shared timely with superiors
• Ensure cleanliness, Dusting & fixture maintenance*
• Ticket, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales
• Ensure quality visual display of merchandise
• *Ensure to conduct global / perpetual count*
• Ensure WBC / Damage segregation
• Responsible for scanning of stocks for PRN / STN / POD
