We are hiring customer service professionals for our International Voice Process team. This role involves handling customer queries and resolving issues via voice calls for international clients. Ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
  
• Resolve queries related to products, services, billing, and technical support.
  
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Record call details accurately in the CRM system.
  
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  
• Meet performance targets in terms of call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  

Required Skills:

• Excellent spoken English communication skills.
  
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
  
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
  
• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: HSC / Graduate / Undergraduate
  
• 06 Months- 4 years of Experience
  
• Must be willing to work in night shifts.
