Experience: 6 to 8 years

Qualification: BE /ME Mechanical

Location: Chennai

Skill set:

Catia V5, Teamcenter, BIW CAD

Domain knowledge:

New product development - BIW CAD

Job Description:

Excellent hands-on experience in CAD (Catia V5 - Part modelling/GSD/drafting) and knowledge on Teamcenter/Vismockup.
Take ownership in design and development process of BIW parts from concept to final design as per the design requirements within the timeline.
Responsible for design review / technical review with cross functional team on commodities.
Sound knowledge in manufacturing feasibility, packaging study and attachment feasibility.
Should be a team player and demonstrate good customer cross functional relationships.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with good problem-solving skills.
Strong communication & Inter-personal skills to handle Engineers, Suppliers and Customers from different regions.
Actively promote and maintain a safe, respectful and inclusive work environment.
