Role/ Job Title: Area Head - Group Loans candidates only apply

Function/ Department: Rural Banking

Job Purpose:

Ensuring high class portfolio quality by maintaining collections efficiency with consistent growth in portfolio along with maintaining high compliance standard

Roles & Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for sales and collections of JLG, MHL & other related products

Maintaining high class Collections efficiency across buckets as desired by the bank. Current bucket collections to be above 99.7%

NTB acquisition of customers with retention of existing customers

Constant growth in the portfolio by increasing the number of customers and consistently delivering desired disbursal amount.

High compliance standards with continuous portfolio checks. Ensuring minimum governance issues and process lapses

Secondary Responsibilities:

Ensuring best customer service with minimum/zero escalations

Driving digital initiatives within existing products

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

Building a strong and high-performance team down under

Training new hires and nurturing existing talent.

Continuous guidance to team to prepare them for next role.

Ensure minimum attrition.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: BA, BBA, B.com & B.sc

Post-graduation: MBA/PGDM

Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience.
