- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and offer tailored solutions that add value to their banking experience.


Requirements:

- Only graduate freshers can apply.

- Voice Inbound Process.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Calling Handling Etiquette.
