Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and offer tailored solutions that add value to their banking experience.

- We have chat, voice, non voice process

- International and domestic process

Requirements:- - Undergraduate with 6 months of experience

- Graduates Freshers or with 6 months of experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Brilliant English Spoken
