Job Description

Role: Senior System Analyst

Years of experience: 6 -10 Years

Notice Period: Imm-30 Days

Required Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related IT role.
• Proven ability to analyze complex systems and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application and system issues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, including desktop support, interface, training, and infrastructure teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or government
• Experience supporting enterprise and clinical systems (e.g., ERP, EHR, LIS, PACS)
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing application upgrades in complex environments
• Familiarity with interface engines and healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7), if applicable
• Experience providing desktop support or working with biomedical equipment in a clinical setting
