Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales performance by achieving monthly targets through effective channel management, retail sales, and customer relationship building.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and preferences for wood coatings products.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to expand product offerings.
Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies, forecast demand, and make informed decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints, improve product quality, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales with a focus on wood finish/wood coatings/retail sales/channel sales/retail channel sales.
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
Strong understanding of the wood finishing industry's dynamics including market trends, competitors' activities, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
