Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage finishing execution across multiple residential towers.
Prepare finishing schedules in line with the master project plan and ensure adherence.
Monitor and control execution of all finishing activities including plastering, painting, flooring, false ceiling, waterproofing, joinery, etc.
Ensure quality standards, specifications, and design intent are met.
Coordinate closely with planning, procurement, design, and MEP teams for seamless execution.
Liaise with consultants, architects, PMC, and contractors to resolve site issues promptly.
Manage multiple finishing contractors, vendors, and site execution teams.
Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and quality audits.
Ensure timely snagging, de-snagging, and unit handovers to CRM/clients.
Manage material planning and inventory to avoid delays.
Maintain site safety and compliance as per company policies.
