• Drive revenue growth by generating new business through field visits, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic partners across Radiology, Pathology, and Gynaecology verticals.
• Effectively present and promote diagnostic services, conduct product/service demonstrations when required.
• Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals in line with business goals.
• Monitor daily sales activities, track KPIs, and submit regular performance reports to senior management.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of field sales representatives to ensure regional goals are met.
• Devise and implement area-wise business strategies tailored to local market dynamics.
• Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
