Job Responsibility:
1)Ability to Lead a team of 5-6 engineers.
2)Design and develop layout plans for buildings, facilities, or manufacturing plants, considering factors such as space utilization, workflow optimization, safety regulations, and accessibility.
3)Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on mechanical detail design, Electrical design and PLC
4)Identify and assess potential risks and challenges related to mechanical interfaces, proposing mitigation strategies and alternative solutions as needed.
5)Conduct regular interface meetings and reviews with project teams and stakeholders to ensure interface requirements are met and conflicts or issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Requirements:
B. TECH with 6-10 yrs. of experience
2)Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD 3D & 2D.
3)Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to Warehouse automation design and structural design.
4)Strong understanding of interface management and coordination in complex mechanical systems and projects.
5)Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative design solutions.
6)Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design concepts and findings.
