About the team:

The Customer Happiness Team forms the front lines at Licious, bringing a smile on customers' faces by solving their problems and charming them at the same time. The team ensures that we're delivering the best possible service for our customers, and that any issues that arise are resolved as quickly and as helpfully as possible. This team just does not solve issues but builds relationship with customers and become a part of their family.

A big part of what you do will be to spread your contagious energy and passion for service when

• Current and Potential customers reach out to us by responding to their queries in a prompt and helpful manner.

• Going the extra mile to ensure we bring a smile on the customer's face.

• Creating and executing new ideas to increase customer loyalty and presenting findings from customer interactions back to senior leadership.

• You are the voice of the customer, you proactively seek for action and solution until each concern of customer is addressed

• Live on happiness of your consumers and your peers

• Confident individual who enjoys working within a customer facing environment

• Possess great communication skills

1 week Off - Between Monday to Thursday

Weekends are Working ie.,- Fri, Sat and Sunday

First Login - 7 am

Last Logout - 11 PM(Female Employees flexible to 8 PM)

Language -

Proficiency - English, Hindi fluency Mandatory + any Regional Language with be a plus
