  • Time: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Venue: Prestige Tech Platina, 2, Marathahalli - Sarjapur Outer Ring Road, Kadubeesanahalli, Sarjapur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560087
  • Position: International Non voice Customer Support
  • Mode: Work from Office
  • Shift: Night Rotational Shift
  • Salary: 2.5 LPA to 3.8 LPA + Incentives

2way cab facility provided

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Qualification: Graduates and UGs.
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.
  • Handle enquiries and resolve issues from International clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Use CRM tools effectively.
  • Candidates with prior BPO experience.
