Job Description

Operational management of Assisted Living Facilities as smooth running of Housekeeping, dining, care facility, laundry and first aid services
Team management - Hiring and training of nurses and care givers, ensure employee engagement and keep motivation level high
Coordinate with kitchen for hygienic F&B for residents
Activities management - make activities calendar and ensure all activities are conducted as planned and ensure maximum participation of residents
Ensure timely error free billing and collections
Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, chemist and labs for best services for senior living residents.
Driving occupancy - coordinate with sales and marketing team for optimal occupancy
Networking with medical and wellness facilities
Record keeping and data management - Keep all resident data and records as per SOP
Wellness facilities - make physiotherapy, art therapy, music therapy etc. fully functional
