Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in drafting legal documents
Non litigation work such as contract review, contract drafting, Contract management, compliance and governance
General Corporate
Commercial Contract / Merger & Acquisition / Society Matters
Manage and organize case files, legal databases, documentation
Review of documents
Monitor and track litigation deadlines and court filings
Assist in case management
Attend court hearings as and when required
Administrative support
