Job Description
Job Summary
HYT Engineering Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Civil Engineer with experience in industrial shed construction and machine foundation works. The ideal candidate will manage on-site execution, uphold quality standards, and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise execution of civil works including industrial sheds and machine foundations.
- Interpret and work with GA, RCC, and foundation drawings.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work is in line with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor progress, check contractor quality, manage materials, and maintain detailed daily/monthly reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of project activities.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Marketing, and Project teams for smooth execution.
- Facilitate project completion certification from clients.
- Support the Service team and GM Pune in communication with railway clients.
Skills & Competencies
- Solid knowledge of industrial construction, especially in machine foundations and shed structures.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong quality control focus and understanding of construction standards.
- Good coordination and communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
