Job Description
We are seeking a structured and impact-oriented Program Manager with 26 years of experience to lead and execute cross-functional programs aimed at building and maintaining our core data assets. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong problem-solving mindset and hands-on experience managing AI-driven initiatives, particularly involving the application of Large Language Models (LLMs) to real-world challenges

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for data acquisition and enrichment using LLM-based approaches.
- Take full ownership of programs involving structured data enhancement.
- Break down complex challenges into clear, actionable workstreams.
- Design processes to test and validate different data-building approaches.
- Monitor data quality continuously and implement improvement measures.
- Communicate progress, insights, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 26 years of experience in program management or a related role.
- Prior experience working on projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI-based systems to solve real world problems.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills with a structured problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Open to feedback and focused on continuous learning and improvement.
- A background in engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering) is a plus.
