Job Description

Job Summary:

The Command Centre Operator is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to real-time events and alerts across systems and operations. This role ensures the smooth functioning of critical services by providing 24/7 support, incident management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor systems, applications, and infrastructure using centralized tools and dashboards.
Detect, log, and escalate incidents or anomalies in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Maintain accurate records of events, incidents, and actions taken in incident management systems.
Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity drills.
Provide real-time updates and communication during major incidents or outages.
Continuously improve monitoring processes and suggest automation opportunities.
4-5 years of experience in a command centre, NOC, or similar operational environment.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk, Nagios, ServiceNow).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays
