Job Description

Quality Head

1.Daily & weekly Customer complaints & customer

Return Analysis DC wise(T1 &T2) & DS wise &

initiate the corrective action corrective actions.

Publish dashboard to Region & HO.

2.Monitor the F&V inventory holding at each

loaction at DC level

3.Ensuring F&V DC processes & Packaging

manual is 100% followed

4.Monitor DS Process & F&V quality process

adherence

5.Training of Manpower-

DS QC/DC QC/CC QC/NS QC

6.Improve the incoming quality from CC

7.Ensuring F&V dump is less than2.5% including

DC & DS.

8.HACCP compliance- Initiation & Roll out in

coordination with HO team

9.Visit Each CC & DS at least once a fortnight.
