Job Description
We are seeking an analytically driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) with 2-6 years of experience to lead and execute programs focused on developing and maintaining our core data assets. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and test strategies for data acquisition and enrichment, primarily leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Take full ownership of building and maintaining key data points
- Break down complex data challenges into structured, actionable projects and tasks.
- Design rigorous testing frameworks to evaluate the efficacy of various data-building strategies.
- Continuously monitor and optimize data quality
- Clearly communicate and present your strategies, findings, and results
Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in technical program management or a related technical role.
- Proven experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve real-world problems.
- Strong logic and reasoning skills with a demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex analytical problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Disciplined and open to feedback, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
- A background in engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering) is a plus.
