Job Description: We are Looking for Talented Customer Service Executive Professionals.

First 3 Months WFO. Post that WFH. (In every 2 months 6 days WFO if required).


Languages required: English, Hindi & Telugu (or) English, Hindi & Marathi (or) English, Hindi & Bengali.


Job Location: Kondapur


Education:

Any (10+2, Diploma, Degree)

Strictly No to B-tech, MBA and PG Freshers

Freshers and candidates with experience in BPO sector


Desired Candidate Profile:

1) Possess good communication skills in mentioned languages English, Hindi & Telugu (or) English, Hindi & Marathi (or) English, Hindi & Bengali.

2) Must be a Team Player.

3) Have a good attitude - Should be committed to the work.

4) Flexible for Rotational Shifts between 06:00 AM to 11:45PM (any 9 Hrs)

5) Typing Speed: Min 20 to 25 WPM

6) Age Limit: 30 Yrs


Freshers salary 2 LPA


About the Job: The Job requires interacting with customers over calls to ensure all issues are resolved to customer's satisfaction. Job requires you to understand the customer's problem accurately, follow the established procedures to resolve the problem, and communicate with the customers. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be dealing with our customers from all over India. As a company we take great pride in the level of customer service we deliver to the customers.
