Job Description
Job Title: HR Recruiter
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiters (Non-IT) to join our team at our Hyderabad office. The role is open to both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a strong growth path.
-> Selected candidates will undergo an internship for the first three months, with a stipend of 15,000 per month, and upon satisfactory performance, they will be converted to full-time employees from the fourth month onwards with a salary of 20,000 (take-home) along with attractive incentives, paid leaves, early logouts, and other perks.
-> As an HR Recruiter, you will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding the candidate.
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Fixed Day Shift
6 Days Working / Sunday Off
Stipend: 15,000/month for the first three months
Based on performance, the internship may convert into a full-time permanent position
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Any Degree (Graduates in any stream)
Female candidates only
Skills: Good communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, time management
