Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle international calls from clients across various countries, including UK, US, Australia, Canada, and more.
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Work on rotational shifts to cater to different time zones and client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and improve overall performance.
