Job Description

 

• Review and analyze patient medical records and documents for coding.

• Assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and/or HCPCS codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services.

• Learn and follow all coding guidelines and company policies.

• Collaborate with senior coders and physicians to clarify diagnoses and procedures.

• Assist with auditing, quality checks, and correction of coding errors.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations (HIPAA, etc.).

• Participate in training sessions and workshops for continual learning and certification.
