Job Description

 

 Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Reporting Controller to join its team in India
(Mumbai) to support the financial management for the Americas. The Controller will be
responsible for reporting and analytics on the financial performance of ERD America while
working in a challenging but exciting post-merger financial set up of Capgemini Engineering
across 10 countries and 15 legal entities.
Role
Prepare reports and schedules for actuals, analysis and to provide reports to COE
team for upload in HFM
Responsible for analyzing the P&L and KPIs
Prepare month P&L and KPI summary.
Conduct variance analysis month on month, quarter on quarter
Assist controllers in analyzing the margins for customers and projects
Prepare accounting entries for accruals etc. as needed monthly
Perform actuals vs forecast and budget variance analysis on costs with detailed
breakdown, challenge actuals as needed
Skills
Basic knowledge of Financial Processes & financial statements
Basic understanding of P&L and various KPI levers impacting P&L
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically MS Excel, MS
PowerPoint
Good understanding of IFRS
Highly proactive with desire for continuous improvement
