Location: Mumbai
Shifts (if any): 11:00 AM onwards (candidate should be flexible to work as per business requirement)

About the Role: Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources team as a Management Trainee. This role is designed for someone with a strong interest in Learning & Development, with the vision and potential to transition into a strategic HR Business Partner role in the future. The selected candidate will be exposed to the full spectrum of L&D activities and gradually develop the competencies required to partner with business units as an HRBP.
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Assist in identifying training needs across departments through surveys, performance appraisals, and consultation.
- Support the design, planning, and execution of learning programs (internal and external).
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
- Track training metrics (attendance, feedback, effectiveness) and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality delivery. Ready to support Business Partnering portfolio at times along with L&D.
- Assist in building digital learning content and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
HRBP Pathway (Progressive Responsibilities):
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects to understand key HR functions (talent management, employee engagement, performance management).
- Shadow HRBPs and assist in workforce planning, talent review, and employee relations.
- Gradually take ownership of smaller business units under supervision.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance organizational culture and employee experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience: 01 years in L&D, HR internships, or generalist HR roles preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Passion for continuous learning and employee development.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS or LMS platforms is a plus.
