Senior Project Engineer - Civil & Interiors @ Knight Frank

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage civil and interior works projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  
• Oversee site activities, monitor progress, and identify potential issues for proactive resolution.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any discrepancies or concerns.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-9 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (civil & interiors).
  
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil.
  
• Proven track record of handling corporate interiors fit out EPC projects.
  
• Strong understanding of interior works and civil aspects of construction projects.
