Role: Senior Mobile User Experience Researcher

Experience Required: 6 to 10 Years

Work location: Bengaluru / Mumbai / Pune / Noida / Gurugram

Mode: Hybrid

Role specific, we are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience working within an in-house research team or relevant work experience.
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Experience writing reports and internal communications.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
• Experience with agile process and delivery models.
• A rigorous approach to documentation and organization.
• Tools: Pendo, User Testing, Hotjar, Figjam, User Zoom, Jira, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Helpscout, Google Workspace, Quicksight, Miro, FigJam, Dovetail, Maze Bonus Points.
• SaaS experience desired.
• A versatile thinker comfortable working with ambiguity.

PS: This is a pure UX Researcher role. Those with only UX Design experience will not be considered.
