1. Description: Section In-Charge Machining & Beam Welding
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Fabrication Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in CNC machining and SAW welding environments in fabrication or EPC setups
- Working knowledge of CNC machine programs, welding parameters, machine setup, and tool control
- Able to read fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and handle shift-level manpower and documentation
- Prior experience in shift supervision with exposure to SAW beam welding and CNC workflow
Key Skills
- CNC machine operations and setup (plasma, drilling, milling)
- Understanding of SAW welding (single/dual wire), tool selection, and parameter control
- Shift tracking, manpower allocation, and issue escalation discipline
- Drawing interpretation and machine-level production planning
- Strong communication with PPC, Maintenance, QC, and cross-functional teams

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Welding, Mechanical, or Fabrication Engineering (B.Tech. preferred)
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in structural or stainless steel fabrication projects
- Skilled in reading fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and managing SMAW, MIG/FCAW welding
- Experience supervising welding teams in shift environments with quality and safety accountability
- Familiarity with stainless steel welding practices, WPS compliance, joint fit-up, and EOT coordination
Key Skills
- Welding cell supervision, shift planning, and manpower allocation
- MIG/FCAW and SMAW welding process oversight
- Drawing interpretation and fit-up sequence management
- Bead quality, weld uniformity, and consumable control
- Safety enforcement (PPE, lifting, handling)
- WIP tracking, documentation, and inter-department coordination
3. Job Description: Section In-Charge Shot Blasting & Painting
Qualifications & Experience
- ITI Painter or Diploma in Mechanical, Fabrication, or Paint Technology
- 5+ years of experience in shot blasting and painting within a structural steel or fabrication environment
- Practical knowledge of surface prep standards (e.g., SA 2.5), DFT checks, and coating systems
- Experience operating automated blasting and airless spray equipment
- Capable of reading fabrication drawings and paint process instructions
- Experience managing manpower in shifts and coordinating across quality, planning, and maintenance teams
Key Skills
- Shot blasting machine operation and parameter control
- Paint application using airless spray equipment
- DFT measurement, overspray control, and paint finish quality checks
- Pre-paint masking, cleaning, and surface protection techniques
- Shift supervision, team coordination, and safety compliance
- Basic documentation and communication with QC, PPC, and Maintenance
