Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive RPA QA Engineer to join our automation team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of RPA solutions through rigorous testing, validation, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with RPA developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to validate automation workflows and ensure they meet business requirements.

Role & responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for RPA solutions.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of RPA bots.
• Collaborate with RPA developers to identify and resolve defects and performance issues.
• Validate automation scripts against business requirements and process documentation.
• Maintain and enhance automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Document test results, create defect reports, and track issues to resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and provide QA feedback during development cycles.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices in RPA testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Total of 5+ years of experience in QA/testing, with at least 2 years in RPA testing.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• RPA certification (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation testing frameworks. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
