Job Description

What You'll Do:

• Source and procure vehicles from dealers and individual customers
  
• Negotiate and finalize car deals in compliance with internal policies
  
• Evaluate car listing prices, aligning with market standards
  
• Conduct quality checks during car onboarding
  
• Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to optimize inventory pricing
  
• Recommend and implement price adjustments to maximize sales and profits
  
• Manage and update online listings, pricing, and promotional content
  
• Collaborate across teams to drive strategic business goals
  
• Monitor and enhance inventory turnover for better performance
  

Who We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline
  
• Experience: 13 years in retail, automotive sales, procurement, or inventory management
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  
• Attributes:
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
