RFQ & RFP Preparation:
- Analyze customer requirements from RFQs/RFPs.
- Collaborate with technical, sales, and product teams to draft responses.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications and company capabilities.
- Create pricing models and cost estimates with finance teams.
Proposal Development:
- Write, format, and structure proposals in a professional manner.
- Ensure proposals align with branding and messaging standards.
- Customize templates to fit specific customer needs.
Presentations & Decks:
- Design and develop PowerPoint decks for client meetings.
- Highlight product features, benefits, and differentiators.
- Work with graphic designers (if available) for visually appealing decks.
Skills Required:
- Technical Writing Ability to draft detailed, persuasive documents.
- Presentation & Design Proficiency in PowerPoint and other tools.
- Project Management Handling multiple RFQs simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Analytical & Research Skills Understanding market trends and competitor insights.
- Attention to Detail Ensuring accuracy in financials, specifications, and contract terms.
- Collaboration & Communication Working with diverse teams to gather information.
- Should have worked on automotive domain and bid proposal mandatory
