RFQ & RFP Preparation:

  • Analyze customer requirements from RFQs/RFPs.
  • Collaborate with technical, sales, and product teams to draft responses.
  • Ensure compliance with client specifications and company capabilities.
  • Create pricing models and cost estimates with finance teams.

Proposal Development:

  • Write, format, and structure proposals in a professional manner.
  • Ensure proposals align with branding and messaging standards.
  • Customize templates to fit specific customer needs.

Presentations & Decks:

  • Design and develop PowerPoint decks for client meetings.
  • Highlight product features, benefits, and differentiators.
  • Work with graphic designers (if available) for visually appealing decks.

Skills Required:


  • Technical Writing  Ability to draft detailed, persuasive documents.
  • Presentation & Design  Proficiency in PowerPoint and other tools.
  • Project Management  Handling multiple RFQs simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical & Research Skills  Understanding market trends and competitor insights.
  • Attention to Detail  Ensuring accuracy in financials, specifications, and contract terms.
  • Collaboration & Communication  Working with diverse teams to gather information.
  • Should have worked on automotive domain and bid proposal mandatory
