Job Title: Qualtrics Technical Consultant

Experience: Minimum 3 years
Salary: 5-12 LPA (based on last drawn salary)
Work Hours: 12 PM - 9 PM IST
Work Model: Hybrid (Office + Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring a Qualtrics Technical Consultant to serve as the primary technical authority for clients implementing our Experience Management (XM) Platform. You'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions while driving platform adoption through expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Expertise & Implementation

• Achieve and maintain expert-level proficiency in Qualtrics XM Platform capabilities
• Lead end-to-end technical implementations for enterprise clients
• Develop custom solutions using Qualtrics APIs and integration capabilities

Client Engagement

• Conduct discovery sessions to map business requirements to platform features
• Deliver tailored training programs (onsite/remote) for users at all skill levels
• Host quarterly business reviews to demonstrate ROI and identify expansion opportunities

Technical Leadership

• Design and document technical architectures for complex deployments
• Troubleshoot advanced platform configuration issues
• Collaborate with Product teams to relay client feedback and influence roadmap

Project Management

• Maintain implementation timelines and risk registers
• Create detailed technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Manage stakeholder communications across IT, CX, and executive teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in SaaS technical consulting/implementation roles
• Hands-on experience with Qualtrics XM Platform or comparable enterprise SaaS
• Proven ability to:
  
• Configure complex survey logic and dashboards
• Implement API-based integrations (REST/OAuth)
• Troubleshoot JavaScript/web technology issues
• Computer Science/Engineering degree or equivalent technical foundation

Preferred Skills

• Qualtrics Platform Certification(s)
• Experience with:
  
• Data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
• CRM integrations (Salesforce/MS Dynamics)
• SSO/SAML configurations
• Multilingual capabilities for global client support
