Job Description
Qualifications for External Candidates
- Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Certifications Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with data modeling, integration patterns, and ETL tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Salesforce DX.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of CLMs like ICI and their integration with Salesforce.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
