Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle IT recruitment with sourcing, interviews, and selection
- Manage HR processes: retention, engagement, rewards, employee relations, compliance
- Maintain effective relationships with employees and candidates
- Document requisitions, manage data, and generate reports
- Must have experience in PF, ESIC, Payroll process
- Enhance candidate experience and optimize recruitment efficiency
- Coordinate post-interview debriefs and recruitment activities
- Develop and communicate HR policies; ensure understanding and compliance
- Manage Rewards & Recognitions programs
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline HR workflows
- Resolve conflicts professionally and mediate effectively
- Support administrative HR duties
Qualifications:
- 3+ year HR experience, preferably in IT companies
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Skilled in various selection methods (phone interviews, reference checks)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in report generation and data management
- Adaptable to changing business needs

You will be part of the Multi-Channel Platform Web & Mobile Development Team at the Sciflare Technologies Pvt Ltd office in Chennai. The role is office-based, working from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday & Sunday are fixed week off.
