JOB DESCRIPTION: -
Voice Process- Customer Support Executive- Must be Comfortable to work in night shifts (24*7)- Must have 1 year experience on papers- 6 days working, 1 rotational off- Candidates must have their own System.
- Salary 24k CTC, 20k in hand.- Contractual work from home
Technical/System Requirements:
- System: Core i5 7th Gen or above, 8GB RAM
- Camera: Mandatory
- Internet Speed: Minimum 20 Mbps
- Headset: Compatible ISB headset with noise cancellation Suggested Brand: Big Passport (available online at reasonable prices)
- UPS: Mandatory
- EDR Installation: Mandatory
- System check Report through SHL
Preferred candidate profile:
- Required candidates with good communication skills and computer knowledge.
- Only Graduate can apply. Must have valid original marksheets from the University.
- Only Experienced both can apply. Experienced candidates must be able to provide valid offer letter, experience/relieving letter and the last 3 months salary slip of the same.
- Must have good command in spoken and written English.
- Should be comfortable with rotational shifts and night shifts
- No casual leave will be allowed for the first 3 months.
- Looking for immediate joiners.
