Map customer service requests on Google My Maps platform.
Create POIs (Points of Interest) for various services offered by the bank.
Utilize GIS tools to analyze data and optimize map layouts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate mapping of branches, ATMs, and other locations.
Provide excellent voice support through phone calls to customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-5 years of experience in chat process, email process, gis, google maps, mapping, or related fields.
Strong understanding of banking industry operations and processes.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
