Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
  
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.
  
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
  
• Maintain call quality, customer satisfaction, and timely follow-ups.
  
• Record and update customer information as per process guidelines.
  

Who We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in international voice process.
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.
  
• Ready to work in night/rotational shifts.
