Job Description:

We are hiring Appian Certified Developers (L1 / L2 / L3) for full-time roles at Wipro. Candidates must have strong development experience in Appian BPM with active certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable BPM solutions using Appian
  
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
  
• Integrate Appian applications with external systems
  
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Appian applications
  
• Ensure code quality and performance best practices
  

Key Skills:

• Appian BPM Development (L1 / L2 / L3 certified)
  
• SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Interfaces
  
• Appian Plug-ins and Integrations
  
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  
• Agile / Scrum methodology exposure (preferred)
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  
• Active Appian Certification (L1, or L2, or L3 mandatory)
